Par Part 3 Scheduling what you need to do.

Note: Think about things that have gone right in your life. Focus on the good stuff. Find the reasons for your success; why have you been so successful with those things? 


Write down below why you think you have been so successful in certain areas. Please think about others for a moment. Think specifically about the results and traits they have that have given them success. Write down some of those things you admire they have accomplished below and what you think lead to there success.

You can also learn a lot from your failures. What are some reasons you think you have failed in the past? List some of the habits you had actions you took. Identify the reasons for your failures below so you can recognize when you’re sabotaging your success. Right beside those areas, I want you to write some of the things you should have done instead. The key here is to start recognizing your patterns.

 Here is a big one, what are some things that motivate you? I mean, you feel like you have some drive, some reason to get going, what would that be for you? Have you ever had a day that you were not productive, and you were not happy? Why do you think you were unproductive? Write down what you think the reasons are. You can talk to successful people about what motivates them gets them going but do this with high performers.

 I want you to think of a day that you were productive, what were the reasons? Write those down. Start writing down when you have a good day or a bad day, and try to practice the reasons you have good days and try to stop the bad things from happening.

I want you to take a second and write down your goals, and I want you to start with the ones you want to accomplish first.

Now that you have listed your goals above, which ones of these goals need scheduling? Set times to work on your goals. Make sure you’re doing the right things in the moments in. That is important to schedule your success not just to think I will remember but have a system in place to remember. How are you capturing your ideas and thoughts for later? Have a place to write down essential thoughts fast so you can come back later.

One more thing schedule with times when you need to do certain things. If you need to do specific tasks like study or planning time or even breaks, you probably need that in structured time.
