Taking some time in the morning to meditate before getting going or before going to bed.
Getting enough sleep, hopefully, 7 hours or more.
Trying to get more air when you sleep. I have found when I have more airflow I sleep better. Maybe looking up something you can do to get better sleep.
Setting your alarm clock at least 1 hour earlier.
Fina a way to manage your time better. Get to the point you can almost mange every moment, and get productive early it will pay dividends.
Start trying to be consistent with what you’re doing. If you are not going to maintain it, it may not work.
Copy success, what works in different areas in your life. Find the formula. Know what your good at and what your not.
Be real with yourself, are you giving what you should? Dong your best?
Don’t waste your time complaining. It doesn’t do any good find a way to turn a negative into a learning experience or something positive. Save your breath. Take the time to listen to me on this complaining will make you feel bad.
Stay present in the moment you are in at all times. When you see yourself thinking about the future or the past redirect yourself to now. I believe faith in God and a walk with God finds you happiness. I also believe we could benefit from spending a lot more time thinking about what I need to do right now, rather than thinking about the future or the past. It sometimes is wasted moments and it may make you feel bad because you have lost that time.
Get to the point you can talk to different personalities. Get to the point quickly and move on.
Find some healthy ways to feel better. When you get up, you need to feel energy and be able to feel good, so you can accomplish more. Maybe it is yoga, maybe meditation, walking, but find some things that make you feel better. Spend some time researching it if you want.
Start to be an example. I was thinking about some of the positive people in my life what they have to offer. Try modeling some of those habits that are good.
Keep adapting, keep asking yourself what do I want in this area?
Be curious, explore, and listen to others ideas.
Invest in yourself through education, eating right, physical and mental pursuits.
Have a walk of faith with God.
Save 5000 cash, then work on getting 10,000. Then you can start looking more into investing, but always keep an emergency fund. I’ve heard it said before that if you will do that you will never be poor again.
