Pain is a motivator.
Pleasure can be a motivator.
Most of the time we live somewhere in between.
We need to learn from pain and pleasure and use that information but we need to learn to motivate ourselves. To put ourselves in a great state to achieve great results.
1. Get real with what you want. Get a clear picture of what that looks like before you get started every day. See yourself doing what you need to do Today what does that look like? What would help you not lose sight of that Today? Maybe it’s making a list. First, you have to identify what it is you want in your day. See yourself clearly, you have to stay on track. You have to schedule it.
Find ways and habits to help keep you get in optimal state some for me is lists and working out of one notebook. Getting started right away. Going to the gym. Starting to be more productive by scheduling some productive things at home.
